TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1 (Application of these Terms and Conditions)
1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded by this facility shall be subject to these terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs.
2. If this facility accepts a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws and regulations and customs, the special agreement shall take precedence, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 (Refusal to Accept Accommodation)
This facility may refuse to accept accommodation in the following cases.
1. When the application for accommodation is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. When the facility is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
3. When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be in danger of engaging in acts that violate the provisions of laws and regulations or public order or good morals in relation to the accommodation.
4. When the person seeking accommodation is clearly deemed to be carrying an infectious disease.
5. When a special burden is requested in relation to the accommodation.
6. When it is impossible to provide lodging due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
7. When a person seeking lodging is deemed to be intoxicated and causing significant inconvenience to the neighborhood, or when a person's words or actions cause significant inconvenience to other guests.
8. When dangerous items (stoves or other firearms, petroleum products) or items harmful to the human body are brought into the facility.
9. When a person seeking lodging is a minor.

Article 3 (Registration for lodging)
1. Anyone who wishes to apply for a lodging contract with this facility must register the following particulars with this facility.
1. Address, name, telephone number, sex, nationality and occupation of the guest
2. For foreigners, nationality, passport number, region of entry and date of entry
3. Date of stay, expected time of arrival, date of departure, expected time of departure, telephone number and name of the applicant
4. If the guest intends to pay the fee under Article 9 by a method other than currency, such as a credit card, this must be presented in advance at the time of registration under the preceding paragraph.
5. Any other matters deemed necessary by this facility

If the guest requests to continue staying beyond the date of stay under item 3 of the preceding paragraph during his/her stay, only if there is no reservation at this facility, the request will be treated as an application for a new accommodation contract when the facility accepts the application.

Article 4 (Conclusion of an accommodation contract, etc.)
1. An accommodation contract is deemed to be concluded when this facility accepts the application under the preceding article. However, depending on the accommodation plan, the application will be considered to have been completed when the advance payment is made after the application in the previous article and the facility confirms the payment. However, this does not apply if the facility proves that it did not accept the application.
2. The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest is ultimately to pay, and in the event that a situation to which the provisions of Article 5 apply occurs, it will be applied to the penalty and then the compensation, and any remaining amount will be returned.
3. If the application fee in the previous paragraph is not paid by the date specified by the facility in accordance with the provisions of the same paragraph, the application for accommodation will become invalid.
4. Reservations will be accepted until the last day of the month six months after the first day of each month.

Article 5 (Cancellation of Reservation)
When an applicant for accommodation reservations cancels all or part of the reservation, the facility will charge a penalty as follows.

1. The following are the regulations for charging penalty fees.

* Penalty fee
No-show: 100%
On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
1 day before: 80% of the accommodation fee
3-2 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
7-4 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee

2. If the guest does not contact us and does not arrive by 8pm on the day of the stay, or if there is no contact more than two hours after the scheduled arrival time (up to 8pm), we may consider the reservation to have been cancelled by the applicant and process the cancellation.
3. If the number of days reserved is shortened, etc., the penalty fee will be charged at the rate of one day (first day) regardless of the number of days shortened.
4. In the event that a reservation is deemed to have been cancelled pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if it can be proven that the guest's failure to arrive without notice was due to a delay or non-arrival of a train, airplane or other public transport, or other reasons beyond the guest's control, the penalty in paragraph 1 shall not be charged.
Note
1.% is the rate of the penalty against the accommodation fee for the entire reservation period.
2. If the number of days reserved is shortened, etc., the penalty rate will be charged based on one day (the first day) regardless of the number of days shortened.

Article 6 (Right to Cancel Reservation)
Except as otherwise specified, this facility may cancel a reservation in the following cases.

1. When any of the items 3 to 9 of Article 2 apply
2. When the information specified in Article 3, paragraph 1 is not registered
3. When the application fee under Article 4 has been requested and payment has not been made by the deadline
In addition, when this facility cancels an accommodation reservation pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it will refund any reservation fee already received for that reservation.

Article 7 (Check-in/Check-out Times)
1. Guests may enter this facility from 3:00 PM (check-in time) and leave this facility by 11:00 AM (check-out time).

2. This facility cannot extend hours beyond 11:00 AM unless approved by this facility.

3. In the case of consecutive nights (two or more days), the room may be used all day except on the days of arrival and departure, but the room attendant may enter the room if cleaning is required.

Article 8 (Payment of charges)
Payment of charges is to be made by credit card of the application fee (equivalent to the accommodation fee) by the specified date. Accommodation fees will be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay in the room after starting to use the room.

Article 9 (Rules of Use)
Guests must follow the rules of use established by the facility while in the facility.

Article 10 (Refusal to Continue Accommodation)
The facility may refuse to continue accommodation in the following cases, even during the accepted accommodation period.

1. When any of the items 3 to 9 of Article 2 apply.
2. When a person other than the guest is allowed into the room.
3. When the rules of use set forth in Article 9 are not followed.
4. When the guest fails to follow the prohibited acts set forth in the rules of use set forth by this facility, such as smoking in bed in a bedroom, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc.

Article 11 (Responsibility for Accommodation)
1. The responsibility of this facility for accommodation begins when the guest registers for accommodation at this facility or when the guest enters the facility, whichever comes first, and ends when the guest leaves the facility to depart.
2. When this facility is unable to provide a guest room to the guest, or when the cause is attributable to this facility, except in cases of difficulties due to natural disasters or other reasons, this facility will introduce the guest to other accommodations with similar rates.
3. In the case of paragraph 2 above, we will not be liable for compensation exceeding the accommodation fee.

Article 12 (Handling of Deposited Items, etc.)
1. This facility does not handle deposited items, etc.
2. The facility shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other damage to any goods, cash, or valuables brought into the facility by the guest, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the facility.

Article 13 (Storage of Baggage or Personal Effects)
1. If the guest's baggage, etc. is received and stored prior to the guest's stay, the facility shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other damage, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the facility.
2. If the guest's baggage or personal effects (including those in the safe) are left behind at the facility after the guest checks out, the facility shall store them for seven days, including the day they are found, and after that, the facility shall turn over any valuables to the nearest police station and dispose of any other items.

Article 14 (Parking Lot)
For facilities with parking lots for guests, guests may use the parking lot from 2:30 p.m. on the day of check-in, and may leave the facility by 11:30 a.m. on the day of check-out.

Article 15 (Guest Liability)
1. If the facility suffers damage due to the guest's willful or negligent acts, the guest shall compensate the facility for the damage (including removing any items from the facility).
2. If the guest violates the rules of use set out in Article 9 and causes an accident such as damage to a third party, or if the guest violates the rules and suffers damage, the facility shall not be liable for any compensation.

Article 16 (Jurisdiction and Applicable Law)
Any disputes arising in relation to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Japan, with the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance having exclusive jurisdiction.
